CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY

Changed your mind? That’s fine. We will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products providing that we receive your return request within 28 days of the PURCHASE date.

It is not possible to refund cancelled orders that are still in transit and have not yet been delivered.

If you have ordered an incorrect item or have received an incorrect item you must notify us within7 working days starting from the day after delivery. You must return the item to us within 7 days. The costs of returning incorrectly ordered goods shall be borne by you unless agreed by us.

Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return. To return a product, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Please contact us at info@razorblades4u.co.uk to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We’ll advise the best address for you to send the products to.
  2. Pack and seal the items in their original shipping package and post them back to us.
  3. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.

ORDERS & RETURNS FAULTY DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If the item is faulty on arrival, please advise us at info@razorblades4u.co.uk within 3 days of receipt.
  • We may try to assess the fault before allowing you to return the item, please be patient.
  • When returning items to us, please ensure they are well packed.
  • Items returned to us are at a cost to yourself unless they are found to be faulty.
  • Products will only be exchanged/refunded if returned in original packaging, sealed and unused condition and are found to be faulty.
  • If a product is returned and no fault is found, the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping
  • Postage will not be refunded.
  • In the unlikely event, an item is found to be out of stock we will notify you immediately and we will issue a refund against the purchase made.
  • After the first 28 days, the Manufacturer’s warranty applies (if applicable), please contact the manufacturer directly.
