Collection is not possible.
Free postage cost is to UK mainland only and is sent via Royal Mail STD delivery service.
If recorded or special delivery service is not selected, we cannot be held responsible if the item does not get to you within the time specified.
In normal circumstances we aim to ship the same day if order placed before 1pm Mon to Friday but please allow up to 3 working days. Please note we do not ship on bank holidays or weekends. Orders placed on these days will be posted on next working day.
Please ensure you provide a telephone number in case there is difficulty with the transaction or delivery, we will not call you for any other reason.
If Royal Mail returns the items back to us as “Not Called For”, we will ask you for a re-delivery charge.
In the event you do not want the item re-delivered the cost of posting the item will be deducted from the refund.
If the item is damaged in transit, please sign the carriers / Royal Mail’s note as ‘damaged’, please look out for mishandling – crushed boxes, flattened corners, etc.
We cannot be held responsible if you do not follow this procedure.
NON RECEIVED ITEMS / ORDERS
All claims for non-received items must be made within 28 days; all claims for non-received items after 28 days will not be accepted.
Royal Mail do not class an item as being lost in the post until after 14 working days, this does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Refunds or replacements will not be made until after the 14 Working day period has elapsed.
After the 14 working day period all claims for a refund or exchange will be submitted by us to Royal Mail for compensation of the lost post item/s.
You agree to co-operate with us fully in the event of a loss/damage claim.
RETURNS / UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Changed your mind? That’s fine. We will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products providing that we receive your return request within 28 days of the PURCHASE date. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return. To return a product, please follow the simple steps below:
- Contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We’ll advise the best address for you to send the products to.
- Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us.
- Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.
